We need volunteers with a range of life experiences, skills and knowledge to fill our diverse range of roles. Volunteers are crucial in addressing the digital divide and empowering local families and the wider community. Our services rely on volunteers to help us deliver our programmes.  As a volunteer you can contribute by offering your time, skills, and passion in various ways.

Technical Support

As a Digital skills champions : Volunteers can provide technical support and training to community members, helping them develop essential digital skills. This empowers individuals to access education and job opportunities.

Supportive Community: Volunteers play a vital role in creating a supportive network. They can facilitate and engage in WhatsApp support groups, offering assistance and encouragement to community members.

Outreach/Events

Volunteers can assist in identifying and reaching out to families and individuals who are digitally underserved or excluded, ensuring that no one is left behind. Whilst Advocating and raising awareness through events and outreach initiatives, spreading awareness about digital poverty and the importance of digital inclusion, thus encouraging advocacy and community support.

We welcome volunteers from all communities, and would particularly encourage new volunteers who have a lived experience of the issues which we support and address through our services, volunteers who are from an ethnic minority background, volunteers who are LGBTQIA+, and volunteers who have a disability.
